Privacy note

The enquiry forms do not store what you type. They prepare an email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it.

The membership form is different. When you send it, your name, email address, company, area of interest and choices are stored in Rhino’s own system on Wix, readable only by the Rhino team. If you tick the box for updates, Rhino may email you announcements and event news, with a link in every email to stop them. We do not sell or share your details.

The internship application form is different. When you send it, your name, email address, telephone number, institute, course, dates, interests and project choices are stored in Rhino’s own system on Wix. Only the Rhino internship team can read them. We use them to consider your application, to assign a project and to email you about it. They are never published or sold, and are not shared outside Rhino and the Wix service that hosts the data.

When you write to Rhino, we receive your name, email address, company, telephone number and message, and we use them only to reply, to process a membership application and to keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your details. Write to rhino@rhinomachines.net to ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.

This note will be extended when downloads and member logins are added.
