Sand control that follows the mixer
The RTC measures sand compactability on every batch and controls the addition of water so that moulds are consistent. The RTC 106 also measures green compression strength and manages additives.

RTC technology comes from Fondarc, France, whose sand control work dates from 1981. Rhino has made it in India under licence since 1999.
